Extrusion

PVC Profile manufacturing is carried out with “twin screw” extrusion lines, supplied from the prime firms of the sector around the World; via the machinery consisted of calibration table, tractive unit and cutter unit with tipping stand in the parallel or conical double borer system so as to meet the kg/hour capacities. The production of 20 different window systems remaining in the existing production range, is carried out with 26 production lines in order to meet the demands of the customers all around the world.

With special formulations developed in compliance with the variable climate conditions depending on the different geographies; the demands of the market is met through the dosing, preparation and distribution system with modern technology and full automation, which is imported from Europe and supplied from leading firms of the sector. The produced profiles are preferred by Architects and Building Contractors due to their resistance against breaks and sunlight, brightness and colour features.

By using environment-friendly raw materials, production is carried out prioritizing energy efficiency and ergonomics with the technologic investments made with showing awareness to environment and human.
