Packaging and Shipment

The profiles which are packed particularly on the packaging lines, are separated into two as dumping from the conveyor band and special encasing.

While about 15 tones can be loaded on the trucks with the packed profiles on the conveyor band, same dumping method may be applied for the containers.

Depending on the customer demands, for the shipments made by loading into metal or wooden cases, usually 13,60 m lorries are used and a material of about 500-550 bundles is loaded onto them. Particularly for the shipments to be made to the hot climate countries, 20-ton containers are used and a special profile of 5,8 m is produced and packed. If the 40-ton containers are used, 6 m profiles are loaded in two separate groups.
